Nano Coat, Light Cured Protective Varnish

Composition:

• Bis-GMA
• Urethane Dimethacrylate
• Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate
• Methyl Methacrylate Monomers
• Hema Phosphate
• Curing Agents
• Stabilizer

Indications:

1. Sealing and protection of glass ionomer, direct/indirect composite, and provisional restorations.
2. Strengthening glass ionomer restorations.
3. Enhancing the gloss finish of composite restorations.
4. Finishing bis-acryl composite or acrylic temporary crowns.
5. Maintenance coating for existing restorations requiring extra wear resistance, acid resistance, or polish maintenance.
6. Resurfacing existing restorations following re-contouring.

Instructions for Use:

Preparation:

• Newly placed restorations: Finish the restoration and clean thoroughly. The surface should appear dry.
• Existing restorations: Roughen the surface, clean, and ensure it is dry.
• Marginal area: Treat uncut enamel with 37% phosphoric acid, rinse, and dry.

Dispensing:

• Use a few drops and ensure the bottle is capped immediately after use.

Application:

• Apply immediately after dispensing and do not air blow. If contamination occurs before light curing, wash, dry, and reapply.

Light Curing:

• Cure all coated surfaces immediately with a visible light curing unit for 20-40 seconds. Ensure the light source is close to the surface.

Warning:

Ensure safety by avoiding prolonged or repeated skin contact, inhalation, and internal consumption. Immediately treat any skin contact and seek medical advice if needed. This product shouldn't be used with patients with a history of severe allergic reactions to its components.

Storage Conditions:

Store between 10°C to 24°C in a cool, dry place. Ensure the cap is closed tightly after use and keep away from moisture.
