Camphenol, 15ml, Extended-Action Root Canal Cleansing Solution

An oily-based root canal cleansing and disinfection solution, Camphenol is designed to offer prolonged activity due to its unique composition.

Composition:

• Parachlorophenol
• Camphor

Applications:

• Disinfection of dentine post-cavity preparations.
• Disinfection subsequent to pulpectomy and pulp dressing.
• Treatment for post-traumatic inflammation.
• Root canal disinfection.

Instructions for Use:

1. Soak a cotton wool pledge in Camphenol.
2. Insert the soaked cotton into the pulp chamber and seal off.
3. After one week, extract the cotton dressing and finalize the tooth restoration.

Warning:

• Inhalation: Avoid prolonged inhalation; may lead to respiratory discomfort.

• Ingestion: Do not consume internally.

• Skin Contact: Can result in irritation, burns, or hypersensitivity. If contact happens:

  • Remove promptly using cotton saturated in alcohol.
  • Wash the area thoroughly with soap and water.
  • In case of prolonged skin reactions, stop use and consult a doctor.

• Eye Contact: If exposed to eyes, flush out immediately with copious amounts of fresh water and seek medical attention.

• Contraindications: Avoid use in patients known to have severe allergic reactions to any of the ingredients.

Precautions:

• Exercise diligence to prevent contact with skin and eyes.

Storage Conditions:

• Maintain within a temperature range of 10°C to 24°C.
• Always seal the cap securely after use.
• Store in a location away from moisture.
• Preservation life remains unchanged even after first use, provided it's stored in a cool, dry environment.
