Eugenol 15ml, Temporary Cement Agent

A potent agent that reacts with zinc oxide, producing a sedative dental dressing or lining suitable for non-composite resin restorations.

Composition:

• Eugenol

Indications:

• Temporary cementation in tandem with Zinc Oxide

Instructions for Use:

1. Direct Application: Use a cotton bud to take a drop and dab gently on inflamed areas.
2. As a Cement:
   • Mix with Zinc Oxide to create a dense paste.
   • Apply the mixture into a tooth cavity for:
     • Sedative dressing on a painful tooth.
     • Lining under non-composite resin restorations.

Warning:

• Skin Contact: Can lead to irritation, burns, or hypersensitivity. In case of contact:

  • Remove immediately with cotton soaked in alcohol.
  • Wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water.
  • If skin reactions persist, cease use and consult a physician.

• Eye Contact: Can cause serious irritation.

  • Rinse immediately with plenty of fresh water.
  • Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Contraindications: Not suitable for patients with known severe allergic reactions to Eugenol.

Precautions:

• Avoid eye contact.
• Not recommended prior to composite resin restorations, as it hampers the polymerization process.

Storage Conditions:

• Store between 10°C to 24°C.
• Ensure cap is secured post-use.
• Keep away from moisture.
• Maintains shelf life even after opening when stored in cool, dry conditions.

Shelf Life: 3 years from the date of manufacture.
