Formacresol, 15ml, Root Canal Cleansing Solution

A specially formulated solution optimized for root canal cleansing and disinfection. Leveraging its antibacterial properties, Formacresol is effective in vital pulpotomy and in treating extensively infected root canals.

Composition:

• Mata Para Cresol
• Formaldehyde
• Glycerine
• Iso Propyl Alcohol

Indications:

• Root canal cleansing
• Root canal dressing

Instructions for Use:

1. Soak a cotton wool pledge in Formacresol.
2. Place the soaked cotton into the pulp chamber and securely seal.
3. After one week, remove the cotton dressing and proceed with the tooth restoration.

Warning:

• Inhalation/Ingestion: Contains formaldehyde which is toxic when inhaled or ingested.

• Skin Contact: Can lead to irritation, burns, or hypersensitivity. In case of contact:

  • Remove immediately using cotton soaked in alcohol.
  • Cleanse the area thoroughly with soap and water.
  • If skin reactions develop, discontinue use and consult a physician.

• Eye Contact: If the solution contacts the eyes, flush them with ample fresh water and seek medical attention immediately.

Contraindications: Not suitable for patients with known severe allergic reactions to any of the product's components.

Precautions:

• Exercise care to avoid contact with skin and eyes.

Storage Conditions:

• Keep in a range between 10°C to 24°C.
• Ensure the cap is tightly sealed after use.
• Store away from moisture.
• When stored in cool, dry conditions, shelf life remains unaffected even post-opening.

Shelf Life: 3 years from the manufacturing date.
