Micron Dentin Conditioner is a specially formulated polyacrylic acid solution crafted to eliminate the dentinal smear layer and condition dentine. This enhances the bond between the dentine and glass ionomer cements.

Composition: 10% Polyacrylic Acid Solution

Intended Purpose/Use: As a pretreatment solution specifically for dentin conditioning.

Indications for Use: For the preparation of the dentinal surface before procedures like bonding, cementing, or filling.

Instructions for Use:

  1. Post tooth preparation, apply Micron Dentin Conditioner onto the bonding surfaces for 20 seconds utilizing a cotton pellet or sponge.
  2. Rinse comprehensively with water. Dry by patting with a cotton pellet or softly blowing with an air syringe. Avoid desiccation. Optimal results are witnessed when prepared surfaces are damp (glistening).
  3. Use Micron Superior, Micron Luting, or another glass ionomer as a bonding agent, base/liner, or restorative material.
  4. Seal the bottle instantly after use.
  5. Do not return the dispensed material to the container. Once applied, the dose should not be reused.

Warning:

  • Avoid extended or repetitive skin and eye contact to prevent allergic contact dermatitis.
  • Restrict inhalation and internal consumption.
  • In case of skin contact, clean immediately with cotton and alcohol, then rinse with soap and water. If allergic reactions, such as rashes or sensitization, manifest, cease product use and consult a physician.
  • If the product contacts eyes, rinse instantly with water and seek medical attention.
  • Unsuitable for individuals with a known severe allergy to any component.

Precautions:

  1. On contact with oral tissue or skin, rinse immediately with water.
  2. If contact with eyes occurs, promptly rinse with water and consult a physician.

Contraindications: In infrequent instances, the product might induce sensitivity. If such reactions emerge, halt its use and consult a physician.
